Manning Ltd. Mark ultimately accepted the position of president with the venture capital firm Alan Johannes Corporation where he remained until beginning his consulting practice.

“Robert B. Peter II is a culture advisor and coach. Bob has enjoyed a successful career accumulating over 15 years of human resource, training and coaching experience in a variety of industries. He earned a B.S. Degree in Economics and completed graduate Human Resource Development work at St. John Fisher College. Bob has been certified as a professional values, behaviors and motivations analyst as well as a competency model integration advisor.
He has had articles published in New York State Society for Human Resource Management’s Review, the Rochester Business Journal as well as a number of professional association newsletters. He has spoken to national audiences through the New York State Credit Union League, NYSSHRM, Insitute for Industrial Engineers and American Association for School Personnel Administrators.
Stuart MacMillan is a fluently bilingual and passionate Strategic Management Consultant. He has over 15 years of experience working with dozens of Federal Government of Canada (GC) departments and agencies to transform their operations in the areas of Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management and Real Property Services. Stuart knows the ins and outs of aligning people and processes with purpose. Some of his notable achievements include: serving as a recognized Management of Change subject matter expert on multi billion dollar GC Supply Chain Program transformation initiatives; developing Management of Change approaches, tools and process steps to help executives lead and navigate large scale transformation undertakings; and advising on government wide initiatives to build long term and sustainable GC Supply Chain and Real Property Community HR capacity. At present, Stuart is leading numerous departments and agencies in the conduct of their business process analysis initiatives to implement Common HR Business Processes across the GC.
Stuart has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is one of only a few people in Canada to be recognized as a Master Practitioner in Applied Organizational Development by the Queen’s University, Industrial Relations Centre. In 2011, he was appointed by the IRC to serve as a member of their Advisory Board, has a Professional Certification in Business Process Management and is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario. He is equally highly committed to lifelong learning and will be taking other specialized training in the coming year from the Rotman’s Executive Education Centre at the University of Toronto to remain on the leading edge in his field.
When working in the field of HR, Stuart has developed significant expertise and is highly specialized in areas such as Strategic HR Planning and Workforce Analysis; Business Analysis, Job Analysis; Organizational Design; Labour Relations and Organizational Learning. He is regularly sought after for his talents in conducting large group bilingual facilitation using Applied Organizational Development approaches.
J Ben Benjamin
J. Ben Benjamin has more than fifteen years of leadership in Processes Management, CRM, IT, Quality Assurances and, a proven track record in Business Process Management. He is professionally trained as a trainer.
Ben has Professional Certification in Business Process Management, CRM, Six Sigma, Internet Marketing, Business Analysis and Software Quality Engineering. He has been part of several teams that implemented multi million-dollar CRM/BPM projects from RFP, site visits, vendor selection, and implementation. Ben is a senior member of the ASQ (American Society for Quality). He is a senior member of the BPM Council Advisory Board and Head Trainer and Facilitator at BPM Council International.
Ben has experience in workflow development, New Product Development processes and has an intimate knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TQM, BPI, CMM and Process re-engineering. He is an experienced leader with detailed expertise in Financial, Insurance, Telecommunications, Retail, Non-Profit and e-commerce to name a few. Ben lives and practices BPM every day. His years of experience have guided him in his development of an exclusive BPM/CRM framework which advances the state of the art of BPM/CRM and business performance.
